We arrived to find our reservation was incorrect, having only one night instead of two. The alternative room at the sister property was disappointing due to inadequate air conditioning. It was frustrating to have to return to the original hotel for breakfast and other amenities.

the staff were always so welcoming, and it was incredibly easy to walk to various restaurants and explore the interesting Piper Aviation Museum, which was just under 2 km away, making it perfect for our weekend strolls in the city.

my stay at best western was great! the business queen room was cozy and clean. staff was super helpful, especially during breakfast. it was nice to be close to where several little league groups were staying too. the breakfast spread was quite adequate, keeping everyone satisfied.

i just had an issue with the bathroom light turning off while i was in the tub.
